To soar like a bird...

My kids are exceptionally curious creatures. I know that most kids have a curious streak... but with a couple of mine, it isn't just a streak. It's their whole entire approach to life. They want to know how everything works - what really goes on in the details. If it isn't explained to them, they're likely to attempt to figure it out on their own. (This often leads to dismantling objects to see what is inside, or doing other things that Mom isn't so thrilled about... so I do my best to preempt that stage.)

This week on Homeschool Radio Shows, they some interesting sounding free audiobooks about early flight. Flying transportation is a pretty common fascination for kids, and mine are no exception, so we're going to take a listen... but I'm really hoping no one gets curious enough to try to fly on their own.
